Coffee brewed at 150 degrees tastes amazing, resulting in lower acid (easier on the stomach!), a smoother taste, and less caffeine. It's our staff's favorite for an afternoon brew (so smooth we don't use sugar or milk). You can't replicate this with a traditional French Press, it can't keep the brewing temperature and stirring for a long enough time.
Coffee at 190 leaves the extraction strong for a morning cup, dark and rich without burnt flavors, but this is where stirring is key - without stirring different grounds become over extracted, introducing bitterness into the coffee.

You control your ritual of brewing because Inducto always knows the temperature of your beverage.
The plunger head holds a Bluetooth sensor which communicates back to the base, alerting it to subtle changes. The stirring ensures a consistent temperature and a consistent result every time.
Two opposing magnets spin around the exterior (visible through a clear window to the left) and drive a stir rod for smooth, even mixing. The completely removable stir rod sits inside the carafe (not attached to it), meaning no leakage and better cleanup. The carafe is just a glass carafe, no potentially dirty internal parts or plastic gaskets like in a blender.
Induction heating works with the temperature sensors ensuring a temperature profile is met, and that the beverage is kept warm afterwards! The large base plate made of exotic steel, avoiding corrosion in even the harshest environment while heating evenly.

Research indicates that plastic pods flood your cup with microplastics, and expensive aluminum pods can make the cost of coffee more than $100 a pound. All for mediocre coffee.
French presses and home brewers can’t manage temperature or consistency. The last cup of coffee is often cold. That’s why a lot of cups end up doing time in the sink. Making hot cocoa to a temperature that doesn't burn or scald requires constant attention.
Coffee, tea, and cocoa each need their own gadgets, wasting space, time, and money.
